No. The product is designed for high-volume event work across weddings, school functions, sports days, corporate events, cultural programs, and portrait-heavy client galleries.
Photographers can share protected album links with PIN, OTP, or delivery-token access depending on the workflow. Guest access can also be revoked later from the delivery flow.
Guest selection flows are built offline-first. Swipes and selections can queue locally and sync when the connection comes back instead of forcing guests to restart.
Photo uploads are the throughput unit: 1 upload equals 1 successfully delivered photo. Free and Studio plans include recurring monthly upload capacity. Flexi keeps a light base workspace and uses photo packs as add-ons whenever a job needs more upload capacity or temporary storage headroom. Burst Mode is a short-term unlimited-upload add-on for peak season.
Burst Mode does not wipe albums, hide galleries, or revoke past deliveries. It simply ends the temporary 30-day unlimited-Photos window. After expiry, new uploads and new processing fall back to your base plan plus any other still-active packs. Existing albums remain where they are; only future throughput and temporary headroom change.
Think of Flexi packs as event add-ons, not permanent account upgrades. While a pack is active, it adds Photos and temporarily unlocks Flexi workspace rules. When it expires, future uploads fall back to whatever your base plan allows. Existing albums are not deleted, but new work can be blocked if you no longer have enough current Photo or storage headroom.
Yes. An active Flexi pack temporarily unlocks Flexi workspace behavior for that validity window, so the account can operate like Flexi while the pack is live. When the pack ends, the account falls back to its base plan for future uploads and processing.
No. Photos measure processing throughput. Storage measures how much workspace headroom you have for originals and delivery assets. Either one can stop new uploads, so Photoselect shows them separately on purpose.
Subscription renewals can be cancelled so future charges stop, but service may continue through the paid billing window. One-time packs and already-consumed platform usage are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Verified requests can be sent from the registered account identity to our privacy and grievance channel. We target acknowledgment within 72 hours and substantive closure within 30 days unless law requires faster action.
